How long will I order be processed?
Orders will be processed and dispatched within 2 working days after payment received. Processing time may vary during public holidays.
Which payment methods do you provide online?
We accept payment via: Visa, MasterCard, or American Express credit cards through Shop Pay.
Paypal, Google Pay/Apple Pay and Afterpay are also available online.
How do I track my order?
We will notify you though email as soon as your order has been dispatched. Please note that it can take up to 1-2 business days for the tracking information to be updated.
How much does shipping cost?
The delivery cost will be calculated on the checkout. We offer free delivery on all orders for orders over $99 and under 20kg. (Exclude Cat Litter)
How long will it take to get my order?
SupermarCat online orders will take from 2 - 10 business days to arrive, depending on the destination and shipping method. Standard Metro orders are usually received within five working days and up to ten days for regional and rural areas.
Express orders are usually received within two working days and up to five days for regional and rural areas. Delivery times may be subject to stock availability and Public Holidays, as such receipt of orders may be extended by up to 21 days.
SupermarCat will notify you when your order has been dispatched.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use major carriers, including Australia Post and TNT depending on your location and order.
Can I use PO Box or Parcel Locker?
We are unable to deliver to PO boxes or Parcel Lockers.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortuantely, we do not deliver internationally at this time.
What happens if my order does not arrive in the estimated time frame?

Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?
If you are not home when the courier attempts to deliver your order they will typically leave a note or calling card. This calling card usually contains the details needed to contact the courier to arrange a suitable re-delivery date. The courier will attempt to deliver your order two times however if for any reason you do not contact them and/ or they are unable to contact you, the delivery may be returned to us. If returned, we will contact you and either arrange another delivery (at an additional cost to you), or we will arrange a refund of the order value less any incurred delivery costs.

Can I return my product?
We have a 14-day return policy. Please check out return & refund page for more details.
How do I lodge a return?
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
How long can I receive my refund?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. It usually take 2 - 5 days for the bank to process your refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
For any change of mind returns, the delivery and return fee is non-refundable.
